This study aims to understand how gaps in work culture affect employee performance and formulate strategies for better performance improvement. Using a mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods and descriptive analysis, this study applies a purposive approach to determining the location and a census method for selecting respondents. We analyzed the data using gap analysis and descriptive statistics. The results revealed positive gaps in seven attributes: compliance with regulations, commitment, self-development, appreciation, effective communication, work-life balance, and discipline, all of which require maintenance and improvement. In contrast, teamwork, creativity, and a sense of responsibility show negative gaps, requiring change strategies to improve employee performance transformation effectively.
Rosita Tri Utami, Suswadi Suswadi, Norbertus Citra Irawan Copyright (c) 2025 Rosita Tri Utami, Suswadi Suswadi, Norbertus Citra Irawan http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6219 Thu, 06 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction on Brand in the City of Bengkulu https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6207
As time progresses, humans are busy with activities every day. Urban communities tend to have poor lifestyles, especially in terms of diet. The existence of the YKLT (YKL) brand of fermented milk is one solution for maintaining body immunity during busy urban lives. This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and price on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction with YKLT products. This research was conducted on consumers who consumed YKLT products in Bengkulu City. The number of samples taken in this research was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique, data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The PLS (Partial Least Square) approach uses SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis results show that consumer satisfaction is not influenced by brand image (X1), but rather by product quality (X2) and price (X3). The X variables do not affect consumer loyalty. However, product quality and price can influence consumer loyalty if mediated by customer satisfaction.
Alessandro Asdhion, Redy Badruddin, Agung Trisusilo Copyright (c) 2025 Alessandro Asdhion, Redy Badrudin, Agung Trisusilo http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6207 Sat, 01 Mar 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Peningkatan Produksi Padi di Kampung Telaga Sari Distrik Kurik Kabupaten Merauke https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6686
This study aimed to determine the role of irrigation in increasing rice production and the role of irrigation that has the most dominant influence on increasing rice production in Telaga Sari Village, Kurik District, and Merauke Regency. The implementation of this research took three months, namely January–March 2024. The location was deliberately chosen because the area is one of the rice production centers with adequate irrigation infrastructure. The data processed includes primary data and secondary data. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula of 90 respondents, which was used as the research sample size. Multiple linear regression was used as an analysis method, with four independent variables measured, namely water provider (X1), land tillage (X2), weed, pest, and disease control (X3), and fertilization (X4), to the variable bound to increase rice production (Y). The findings of this study show that the role of irrigation that has a significant effect on increasing rice production in Kampung Telaga Sari is the water provider variable (X1) of 0.390 or 39%, land cultivation (X2) of 0.233 or 23.3%, and fertilization (X4) of 0.143 or 14.3%. The role of secondary irrigation that has the most dominant influence on increasing rice production in Telaga Sari Village is the water provider variable (X1) with a regression coefficient of 0.390 or 39%, and a t-count value of 4.445.
Wahid Kurniawan, Ineke Nursih Widyantari, Abdul Rizal Copyright (c) 2025 Wahid Kurniawan, Ineke Nursih Widyantari, Abdul Rizal http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6686 Sun, 06 Apr 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Dampak Perubahan Musim Terhadap Produksi Usahatani Kubis di Desa Baroko Kecamatan Baroko Kabupaten Enrekang https://www.ejournal.unmus.ac.id/index.php/agri/article/view/6687
This study aims to determine the impact of climate change on cabbage farming production and the knowledge and attitudes of cabbage farmers on the impact of seasonal changes in Baroko Village, Baroko District, Masenrenpulu Regency.
