Abstract

The majority of people in Merauke Regency have a high desire to consume beef. This can be seen from his atticism in visiting the meat mill to be processed into pentol. Meatballs and cilok are processed products that promise to be used as a business, because these products are very popular with both children, teenagers and the elderly. Therefore, it is very easy to find people who open a meatball and cilok business in Merauke Regency. The purpose of this research is: to find out the income and feasibility of the beef milling business. The results of the study were obtained that the income received for 1 year was IDR 31,023,700.13, and the R/C ratio value obtained was i 1.78, because it has a value above 1, then the business can be continued.
